Booked a double room with a sofa. the location was nice and ideal, close to bars, cafés, Bernabeu Stadium, and museums. - We stayed for 4 nights here, loved the Tetuan district.

It is a great value property located in Tetuan district near several supermarkets and Football stadium. The staff is excellent and efficient. The hotel offers absolutely perfect location close to the metro station where the marto line comes directly from the airport. Exceptional service and the food is delicious! Moreover, the parking is on-site.

We had a functional queen suite with a very comfy bed...

I had a great stay at Espahotel Plaza Basilica in Madrid. the price I paid for my room was excellent value, and the service was very good. the location in a nice area was comfortable, with a shopping center and supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed exploring the Tetuan district.

Fairly clean hotel, appreciated to be near department store as well as at least 2 supermarkets thanks to good and perfect location.

The hotel staff was not so helpful.

We appreciated a double room provided with kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms and a big balcony. The location was good and unbeatable, for example, Santiago Bernabeu Stadium was at a moderate distance from the hotel. There were shopping centers and a supermarket around the venue.

The place was neat and we loved the double room. There were great beds and a personal safe, climate control, and a mini-bar inside the room. - the location was perfect and excellent, near a bus stop, so it was really easy to travel around. - Near restaurants and bars, it was a bonus. - the restaurant was wonderful for breakfast and for every budget.

truth is that the best thing about the Espahotel Basilica is the staff at the reception. It is impressive the ability to be empathetic and put themselves in the shoes of the client. I needed information on how to get to different points and they patiently indicated it to me. breakfast schedule was a little late, for my day, they not only gave me the tickets to go to the nearby restaurant, they also informed me about the schedule and what I could consume, check-in was very quick as well as the check-out, welcome and smiling goodbye and always the intention to attend and flatter. I would honestly stay there again because of its location close to La Castellana and Orense and above all because of a staff that raises the attention to the highest level.

It's not that I didn't like it, I would just recommend that breakfast be served earlier for those of us who are going to work.

Convenient for #8 Metro from/to Madrid Airport. Leafy residential suburb in the heart of the Business/Ministry district.

The location is marvelous and fantastic, just a short distance from Calle Ponzano tapas. the double room includes basic facilities like a personal safe, climate control, and a mini-bar. the service was absolutely good.

Although the kitchen is small it has everything plus the room was cleaned everyday. The area is residential with lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. It has a train station located at a walking distance.

A bit far from the metro (Nuevos Ministerios), 10-15 m in walking plus the station because it has also a train station is very big and a bit complicated.

Excellent staff, very friendly & cordial, fantastic customer service!!! My son vomited all over the bathroom floor. The Concierge had such a heart of service that he cleaned up the mess and hummed a song in the process. Now who does that while cleaning vomit? It seems the staff has an infectiously wonderful attitude from the on-site restaurant staff to the housekeeping staff. They always greet you with a smile and have a what can I do for you attitude? Decor/amentities were great to include refreshing shower/tub combo.

My stay was great! I must I was concerned about other comments made such as the noice, uncleanliness but based on the accomodations I took a chance. Boy am I glad I did. It was little noisy due to the nearby playground and local cafe/bar but so is our 1 YO & 2 YO. We were able to adapt and overcome.

Convenient Location 📍

This place is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk from Goiko Grill. I enjoyed dining there a couple of times during my stay.

Located in a lovely neighborhood, with restaurants close by. A few blocks to 2 Metro stops and easy to get to all the points of interest. The apartment was very comfortable and flooded with light from the floor to ceiling windows. I would stay there on my next trip to Madrid.
